Q. What is the difference between purchasing the software and subscribing to the software?
A. A "purchase" means a one time purchase where the software is installed on a server a your library. The price includes installation, unlimited training, and the first year of upgrades and technical support.
Subsequent years of upgrades and support are included in the 18% annual maintenance cost. A "subscription" means that you subscribe to the software on an annual basis. The software is hosted on Evanced servers which are fully redundant, power backed, and managed.
The annual subscription price includes installation, unlimited training, technical support, and upgrades. There are no setup fees whether you purchase or subscribe. Both models are unlimited site licensing so no limits on programs, rooms, users, editors, etc.
Q. I have some questions about functionality. Who can I talk to?

Q. Is this software only for public libraries?
A. Although our software was primarily developed for public libraries, it is certainly not limited to public libraries. We are currently working on expanding our academic solutions, including study room booking.
